1. The service
CredFlow is a customer credit, invoice, and business register tool. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and OTP codes.
- Business owners are responsible for staff accounts they invite.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You should download SQL backups regularly for your records.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. CredFlow is not a bank, CA firm, or tax authority; you remain responsible for your financial and tax compliance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
