- Account data — name, email address, phone number, business name, and password (stored hashed).
- Business data — customers, credit/payment entries, invoices, reminders, daily register, and related notes you enter.
- Usage data — login activity, IP address, device/browser info, and security logs (including email OTP delivery logs).
- Uploaded files — logos, profile images, and attachments you choose to upload.
2. How we use information
- To provide and operate CredFlow for your business.
- To authenticate you (email + password + OTP) and keep your account secure.
- To send transactional emails (login OTP, password reset, welcome / onboarding).
- To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support.
3. Legal bases
We process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (security and product improvement), and where required by law.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:
- Email/SMTP providers used to deliver OTP and transactional mail.
- Hosting infrastructure providers that store the application and database.
- Authorities when required by applicable law.
5. Data retention
We retain account and business data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account/business data by contacting us. Backups may persist for a limited period.
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices including password hashing, CSRF protection, prepared SQL statements, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
